Melissa Giordano

Melissa Giordano is a board-certified nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best — naturally. With a clinical background rooted in patient care and a refined eye for facial aesthetics, she brings both precision and artistry to every treatment.
After years in clinical nursing, Melissa pursued advanced training in cosmetic injectables, studying facial anatomy, injection technique, and aesthetic theory under leading practitioners in the field. She founded The Giordano Aesthetic to offer Pittsburgh clients a boutique, personalized alternative to high-volume med spas.
Her philosophy is simple: less is more. Melissa believes the best injectable results are ones that go unnoticed — where friends say you look well-rested, not 'done.' Every treatment plan begins with a thorough consultation and ends only when the client feels genuinely confident about their decision.
When she's not in the treatment room, Melissa is committed to continuing education, staying current with the latest techniques and products to ensure her clients always receive the highest standard of care.
